In this electrifying, boxing-inspired showdown, three elite wine experts—Scott Freese, the certified sommelier from Nouvelle Bar & Bottle; Ashley Towning, with over 15 years of shaping Louisville’s cocktail scene; and Audrey Abston, a Level 1 Court of Master Sommeliers candidate—will battle to pair the perfect wine with each surprise course. Under the guidance of Hermitage Farm Events Director Curtis Conlon and Julie DeFriend of Skurnik Wines & Spirits, guests will enjoy a curated three-course dinner plus dessert, where every dish is revealed in real time and each competitor must scramble to select the ultimate pairing.
