Our newest event space is one that will take your breath away. Located on the second floor of Barn8, this space is filled with unique texture, deep character, and impeccable design. Featuring original wooden floors, a floor-to-ceiling bourbon barrel rick, the radiance of hundreds of globe lights and lush draperies. Not only is it a perfect location for weddings and celebrations, but corporate events as well, thanks to our built-in audio-visual technology. Rental includes tables, chairs, portable bars, valet service, and coat check.

The Main House

The historic Main House, originally built in 1835, serves as your luxury accommodations for your special day. Picture your open-air ceremony taking place with the 19th century home as your backdrop. Enjoy the spacious yard for cocktail hour, and our new Limestone Patio for a beautiful tented reception. This venue offers the perfect balance of historic elegance with a modern twist, as the interior of the home is filled with a wonderful collection of contemporary art. The Main House includes overnight accommodations for up to 14 guests, housekeeping service, and ample parking.

Paddock Event Space

The Paddock

Accommodates up to 500
Located right next to the historic Main House, the Paddock offers seating for large tented receptions of 200+. Offering a true farm experience, guests can enjoy dining amongst the Pin Oak trees, iconic black plank fences, and take in the lush scenery of rolling pastures. Not to mention, views of the legendary Hermitage Thoroughbred operation.

Stud Barn

Our newly renovated Stud Barn offers a more intimate event experience, accommodating up to 60 guests. Not only does this space house our Carriage Driving horses, but it serves as our very own Carriage Museum. Featuring customized leather tack and trophy room containing awards and trophies from Hermitage Farm’s illustrious racing history.
