Overnight Stay at Hermitage Farm
Hermitage Farm connects historic charm with the elegance and comforts of today. Located 20 miles outside of downtown Louisville and just 80 miles from Cincinnati, the Main House and adjacent Smokehouse are available for overnight stays year-round, perfect for large family gatherings, bridal parties, or out of town guests looking to enjoy a secluded and spacious lodging. With a variety of amenities, guests will have the added benefit of convenient access to Barn8 Restaurant and Hermitage Farm’s Thoroughbred Tours and Bourbon Tastings—reservations made separately.
The Main House
This spacious residence accommodates up to 14 guests and features five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Designed for both comfort and entertaining, the home includes a formal dining room, a casual dining room, a billiards and entertainment room, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, glassware, and cookware. Throughout the property, guests will enjoy contemporary artwork by world-renowned artists, creating a truly distinctive stay. Additional amenities include parking for multiple vehicles, Wi-Fi, coffee machines, fully functioning fireplaces, toiletries, essential appliances, and the option to arrange accommodations for a private chef.
Linden Hill
Linden Hill is Hermitage Farm’s downtown Louisville location, offering a distinctive stay that blends historic Kentucky character with modern comfort. Located in the heart of Butchertown, this beautifully restored residence features six unique bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, along with spacious gathering areas ideal for group getaways, celebrations, wedding weekends, or retreats. Guests can enjoy luxurious bedding, curated interiors, Wi-Fi, and inviting common spaces designed for both relaxation and connection. A thoughtful extension of the farm, this downtown retreat brings the Hermitage Farm experience into the city.
The Smokehouse
Located in the backyard of the Main House, this charming accommodation sleeps up to four guests and features one bedroom, a pull-out couch, and one full bathroom. Guests can enjoy convenient amenities including complimentary parking, Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, toiletries, and essential in-room appliances.
