Hermitage Farm Syndicates
Introducing Hermitage Syndicates
A new approach to Thoroughbred ownership – with all the excitement, and less of the
risk.
Hermitage Farm has been a cornerstone of the Thoroughbred industry for nearly a century. We’ve bred, raised, and sold elite horses, and while our legacy remains strong, we know the industry is evolving — and we’re evolving with it. In 2025, Hermitage Farm proudly to launched a new kind of ownership experience in partnership with Chad Schumer of Schumer Bloodstock, one of the most trusted names in global horse trading and syndication. Based right here in Louisville, Chad brings over three decades of expertise, an international reputation, and a history of success sourcing and selling high-quality bloodstock. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the world of racing and breeding, this is your
chance to say, “Yes, I own ten Thoroughbreds.”
