DESCRIPTION:The Whiskey Files is our latest event series—bringing in distillery professionals to share their secrets and stories\, as well as some of their favorite bourbon selections. On March 9th we will welcome our next guest speakers\, Steve and Donna Nally\, whose years of experience in the whiskey trade have given them a rich and varied history\, including a place in the Bourbon Hall of Fame—currently the only living husband-and-wife couple with that honor.  \n \nPURCHASE TICKETS\nSteve Nally began his career at Maker’s Mark\, where he spent more than three decades before going on to lay the foundation for Wyoming Whiskey\, the state’s first licensed distillery. Nally now serves as Master Distiller at The Bardstown Bourbon Company\, in which time its capacity has quadrupled\, and he remains the face of their brand as it continues to expand across the nation. We can’t wait to hear what kind of trade tips and tales this whiskey power-couple has to share with us\, and we hope you’ll join us for another of these relaxed and cozy interviews. Each guest will have the chance to sample select whiskeys chosen by the Nallys themselves! DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the return of our Sunday Supper series\, continuing this spring on March 27th. Our first guest of the year in this flavor-filled event is trailblazing chef Deb Paquette\, who has been a staple of Nashville’s food scene for over thirty years. With an ambitious palette and tenacious personality\, Paquette has contributed significantly to the dining community of the Music City\, most recently with her two restaurants\, Etch and etc. Whether drawing a local crowd or destination diners\, both restaurants have proven to be a vibrant asset to Nashville’s culinary landscape. \nWith a broad background in travel and a penchant for globally-inspired dishes\, we are excited to share in the Latin-inspired cuisine Paquette plans to bring to our own southern dining experience.
