DESCRIPTION:The next installment of the Sunday Supper Series is going to have a creative twist. On May 23rd\, Chef Tyler McNabb will be curating each course based on an artwork from the private collection of Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown. That’s not all! A dinner of this caliber will need an equally beautiful venue\, so we are moving this supper to our historic Main House! This will be a feast for all of the senses\, and we cannot wait to see what works of art Tyler creates. \nDinner will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres\, followed by a\nfour-course dinner with drink pairings.  \n\nA native son son of the Bluegrass state\, Tyler McNabb is Culinary Director of the Ouita Michel Family of Restaurants and Executive Chef of Holly Hill Inn Events. Tyler focuses much of his energy and talents on Holly Hill Inn\, flagship restaurant of James Beard nominated chef and restauranteur\, Ouita Michel. The ever changing menus at Holly Hill Inn reflect the bounty of Kentucky farm\, legendary Bluegrass hospitality and Tyler’s unique perspective on Kentucky dining. In addition to working almost exclusively with Kentucky Proud growers\, Chef Tyler often collaborates with Kentucky poets\, artists\, and artisans to curate an unparalleled dining experience. “Each and every meal at Holly Hill Inn is an event.” \n\nTICKETS \n\nSeating for this event will be arranged with social distancing and Covid guidelines in mind. DESCRIPTION:We are so excited to host Chef Sam Fore for the upcoming dinner in our Sunday Supper Series. On April 18th\, Sam will be doing what she does best— reinterpreting traditional Sri Lankan dishes with an imaginative southern twist! Be prepared for a bold and exciting dining experience as the flavors of the tropics meet the sensibility of the south. \nDinner will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres\, followed by a\nfour-course dinner with drink pairings.  \nSamantha Fore is a first-generation Sri Lankan-American chef from Lexington\, Kentucky. She started her pop up restaurant in 2016\, after traditional Sri Lankan brunches in her home outgrew her dining room. Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites menus include chef Sam‘s spin on Southern classics and riffs on her mother’s time-tested recipes. Tuk Tuk is one of the few representations of Sri Lankan cuisine in the United States and reflects Sam’s Sri Lankan upbringing in the American South. Her work has been featured in multiple national publications (including the cover of Food & Wine magazine) and she can be seen on PBS’s Somewhere South. She was named one of Plate Magazine’s 2018 Chefs to Watch and was selected as one of Southern Living’s 2020 Cooks of the Year. \nTICKETS \n

Be prepared for elegant Jewish cuisine with a refined Southern twist. \nDinner will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres\, followed by a\nfour-course dinner with wine pairings.  \nChef/proprietor Sara Bradley of freight house in Paducah\, Kentucky has christened her cuisine “traditional Southern with a modern twist.” Her innovative\, but grounded culinary approach has earned her a loyal and enthusiastic clientele. She’s a huge fan of the Bluegrass state\, and every meal she serves has the goal of providing the most unique dining experience in western Kentucky.  Her mission is to provide fresh\, local and seasonal ingredients by partnering with farmers throughout the region\, most within a day’s drive. Chef Bradley was invited to compete on season 16 of the\nhit TV series Top Chef: Kentucky and was runner up after battling it out with other talented chefs from across the country.  She took advantage of each episode to showcase Kentucky ingredients\, her southern culinary heritage and wicked sense of humor. \n\nTICKETS
